SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Merchandise will be take 6-8 working days to be delivered from order date. Please note that POSH BODY BABE is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination.

RETURN POLICY

Regular Priced Items bought on POSHBODYBABE.COM will be accepted for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odours, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SALE  OF ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES AND/OR REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THESE ITEMS.

In the event of a return, shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are not refundable. To make an exchange or return please email us at poshbyrebeka@gmail.com. A standard shipping fee of R90 for local and for regional will be charged to your card for the exchange Shipping and handling depending on the size and weight. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination, you will need to cover these duties and taxes.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately once an order is successful (i.e payment has been accepted), you cannot cancel orders on our system. If, however, the goods haven’t already left our distribution center, you may email poshbyrebeka@gmail.com to stop the delivery of the goods and arrange your refund. If however the goods have left the distribution center then no refund will be possible at all.

Note that refunds will only be processed once funds have reflected in our account. It may take up to 10 working days to process a refund.

If you would like to cancel your order and it has not yet left the distribution center,  a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods will be applicable and deducted off your refund.
